Andreas Frey is responsible for driving Siemens Energy’s global campaigns to provide energy transition solutions for existing assets. Andreas and his team analyze market demands to develop and commercialize innovative and sustainable products needed in the future energy industry.

Andreas started his career with Siemens Energy in 2006 as a project manager in Mülheim's generator manufacturing facility, and has more than 10 years of experience as a senior sales manager for major modernization projects worldwide.

Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Business and Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Darmstadt in Germany.

Holger Raabe

Head of Sales for Brownfield Transformation | Siemens Energy

Holger Raabe is Head of Sales for Brownfield Transformation Projects and Solutions. His team provides solutions to make existing power plants sustainably fit for the future.

Over his +30 years career at Siemens Energy, Holger has gained significant expertise in power generation and plant operations. Before his current role, Holger was Head of Siemens Energy Generation Service for Large Rotating Equipment in Russia. He is passionate about people development, new technologies and customer intimacy.

Holger holds a Master’s degree in Physics and Engineering Science from the Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University, Russia.

Dagmar Thien

Manager Decarbonization of Energy Systems | Siemens Energy

Dagmar Thien is a pioneer of the decarbonization of energy systems within Siemens Energy's Brownfield Transformation team. She is responsible for consulting with customers on their decarbonization roadmap and shaping their energy system design approach.

Over her 15 years within the company, Dagmar has held various positions in R&D, digitalization, and sales and has led a major project for people development in the fields of digitalization and transformation. As a mediator and coach, she is genuinely interested in developing solutions that are based in mutual understanding.

Dagmar holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Master of Mediation from Fernuni Hagen.
