Head of O&M Asset Management | Siemens Energy

As head of O&M Asset Management at Siemens Energy, Stefan Schaab is responsible for the asset management of the power fleet operated and maintained by Siemens Energy. The goal of Asset Management is to develop new technologies that can enable autonomous plant operation such as plant analytics, digitalization and advanced automation for power plants. Over his 25+ years of career at the company, Stefan has held various positions including plant manager and head of O&M Implementation for Asia.

Arik Ott

Portfolio Manager | Siemens Energy

For over a decade, Arik Ott has been passionate about digitalization of the global power industry. After working as a project manager in a renewable energies company and as a consultant for the public sector, he’s currently coordinating Siemens Energy’s autonomous operations portfolio. Arik is based in Berlin and is working on turning the concept of autonomous power plant operations into tangible services. He joined Siemens Energy in 2016.
